The One Arm Military Press – “Old School” but Effective
28Aug
2011So I have recently been toying around with the one arm military press. I train shoulders twice per week and I now include heavy one arm military presses every other shoulder workout. This started by accident a little over a month ago. I was planning to do some seated dumbbell military presses, but all the benches were taken. I grabbed a set of dumbbells and decided to do just one arm at a time standing (an exercise Ive never included as part of my routine). It felt pretty awkward the first set, but really engaged my triceps. By the 3rd set I was hooked! This creates a much different feel in the shoulders than doing seated dumbbell presses.

“Visual Impact for Women” – Jazzed to Introduce My New Women’s Course!
28Aug
2011Visual Impact for Women only took me about a year to launch after releasing my mens course. I want to apologize for that. It wasnt my plan for women to have to wait that long to get their hands on this. That being said, I am completely jazzed about how the product turned out. It is going to help a huge portion of women who want to be fit and healthy, while still looking slim and feminine. The number one complaint women give about working out is the fear of getting muscular and bulky. Nobody has addressed this head onUntil Today!

Many Women Avoid Training Since They Dont Want to Bulk Up
Despite what many fitness experts claim, this is a legitimate concern.

Soccer Practice Warmup to Prevent ACL Injury
28Aug
2011Here you will learn about ACL injury prevention for soccer players. Read on to get the details.
An ACL injury refers to the anterior cruciate ligament becoming torn as a result of an injury. This injury may result in the affected knee feeling loose or unstable, and the affected knee may give out if the athlete returns to playing soccer too soon. This ligament is particularly vulnerable to the demands of soccer, basketball, football, gymnastics and volleyball. ACL injury prevention for soccer players is of particular concern because this sport is hard on the knees.
