    I gained 32 pounds of lean muscle in 32 weeks. Here are a few things I did to get there.

    If you’re a naturally skinny guy like myself – or an ectomorph (bodytype) – then you need to have everything going your way if you’re going to build the body you want. And, if you’re like me (or like I was), the body you want it stronger, faster, leaner, and has about 20-40 extra pounds of lean muscle.

    We, the skinny guys who work harder but see fewer gains than our mesomorphic (naturally muscular) friends, need to make sure our workouts, nutrition, and even our hormones are all helping us reach our goals, not hindering our progress.

  • Omega 3 Supplements for Weight Loss? What My Research Uncovered.

    Ive recently read some conflicting advice on Omega 3 supplements in regard to weight loss. Studies have shown that fish oils and other Omega 3 supplements do promote weight loss, but are these supplements healthy? How much is healthy? How much do you need to lose weight? Do you need to even include these in your diet? So time for a little research.

    Im Going to Try and Simplify This As Much As Possible

    My goal is to make this easy to read and grasp. When things get too technical, I tend to skim. I dont think any of us needs to understand every little thing about Omega 3sand that isnt the goal here.

  • Contributing Factors to Success

    To be successful in anything you need to have a few contributing factors on your side.

    This is going to seem like a pretty obvious statement, but the more factors you have on your side, the easier it is going to be successful. If youre smart and ambitious, youre way ahead of somebody who is neither. If you have a good team on your side who support you and have your back, you are making it more likely for you to succeed.

    Now, there are obviously things that we can and cant control, and we have to focus on everything that we can control.
