No Business Degree or Experience? No Problem.

2010Oh, it’s still work. Lots of it. But you don’t need a college degree. You don’t need a business plan. And you certainly don’t need a lot of money.
The best part is you can work on building your business with only a few hours of work per week – kind of like the guys at Humblecock clothing.
They wanted to start a t-shirt company, despite not knowing a damn thing about making t-shirts. Turns out they didn’t have to know much to see a little success.
If done right, your small business—or “muse” as Tim Ferriss calls it—can provide you with extra income with a minimal amount of hours and money invested.

Is Exercising in Water is Good for Your Entire Body?

2010Water aerobics and other water based workouts are becoming more popular all the time and everyone from individuals recovering from injuries to advanced athletes in peak condition are benefiting from this form of exercise. With so many different people benefiting from exercising in the water, it is being considered a great form of exercise for everyone and some people are even saying it is the best form of exercise. However, the issue remains whether or not this is an ideal workout that truly benefits your entire body.
In truth, water based exercise is close to being a good for your entire body, but it does have a couple issues that prevent it from providing a truly complete workout. Keep going!

Inspiration From Ivan Castro

2010It was September 2006 when Army Captain Ivan Castro suffered a mortar attack while serving in Iraq. The devastating blast left Castro permanently blind. Soon after, Castro found himself battling with anger and depression. He eventually met with a blind Marine however who helped him realize that the man he had always been was still alive.
