CPR: Just Chest Compressions To Save Lives?
14Aug
2010Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a lifesaving technique that involves a combination of rescue breathing (mouth to mouth) and chest compressions delivered to victims in cardiac arrest.
In my opinion, this is probably the most useful skill you will ever learn in your life.
Why is CPR important?
- An estimated 310,000 Americans die each year of cardiac arrest. Only about 6 percent of those who are stricken outside a hospital survive.
- CPR allows oxygenated blood to circulate to your vital organs such as the brain and heart and doubles the likelihood of survival for victims of cardiac arrest.

2010If you’re interested in getting into Brazilian jiu-jitsu, muay thai, and submission grappling or just want to look like your favorite Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter, starting a mixed martial arts training routine can get you ripped and in shape within a matter of weeks or a couple months.

Another aspect of this movie is the impressive physiques of the characters. Now enter the Starz network show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. This television show is closely mirrored to 300 as well as Gladiator. You can say the actors were closely monitored by nutritionists as well as personal trainers, but how do you transform your body into one of a Spartan? Keep going!
